Anyone can have instant success at meditation and with the stressful world we live in could you find 30 minutes a day to be totally relaxed and watch a kaleidoscope of colors float by as if watching a three d movie. Your brain is like a motor in a car but revved up to the top without a break.  We all know you can’t run an engine full-out without something blowing up.

This easy to learn secret to meditation not only leaves you fully relaxed, but you now will have a lifelong system that can be employed anywhere. People fly all over the world on a supposed vacation to try to relax.  They join groups, they try yoga, they watch movies, they drink alcohol, they smoke marijuana…and some drift into hard drugs with a dead-end life.

If they only knew the Universe has a unique system already installed in the human model and all you have to do is tap into  it. You could sit by the river for 20 years, become a monk, live in an isolated cave or om hum till  the cows come home , have a guru teacher, move to India or join some cult where your leader decides your destiny. Since the average modern day humanoid has a retention span of a mosquito and this is a new year… I will now give you the meditation secret that  will streamline your life.

By simply reading you will have the secret and the cost is zero.  Whats the catch? The catch is you actually need to do this as a part of your daily routine for optimum results.

Here it is THE SECRET TO EASY MEDITATION :  You start by putting on some soft music.  You then lie down on your back with comfortable pillows if you like and close your eyes.  No cheating keep your eyes closed.  Your brain will try to fool you by bringing up all sorts of memories and will interfere at will.  Just let all of this brain noise pass by…its fun and don’t try to meditate…just be! I told you this was easy…no pressure just lay back with eyes closed and soon you will begin to see purple and green colors floating in and out and lightning strikes of bright lights. The brain and ego is pissed and tries to interfere..just laugh and watch the show.  You may see a rainbow of  lights flashing or moving like pulsating jellyfish.

The soft music continues and you are amazed at what the Universe gives you if you know the secret! So there you have it! An easy way to meditation that leaves you fully relaxed for thirty minutes a day.  What if I fall a sleep during meditation? It’s ok your body and brain probably needs it. Don’t try to hard using western standards to see these colors or be disappointed in your meditation…just be!

With the use of repetitive beats and chanting, the Tibetan monks, Native American shamans, Hindu healers, and mastered Yogis have been able to induce ranges of brainwave states for transcending consciousness, healing and spiritual growth.

It wasn’t until 1839, when Heinrich Wilhelm Dove discovered binaural beats, that science had finally caught up. And even though scientific researched still continued, binaural beats still remained a sort of mystery for the next 134 years. In 1973, Gerald Oster put together the scattered binaural beat research since Dove and wrote “Auditory Beats in the Brain”. He believed they could answer questions such as how animals could locate sounds in their three-dimensional environment and the remarkable ability of animals to pick out and focus on specific sounds in sea of noise. He also believed binaural beats were a great tool for diagnosing medical problems. Not just auditory impairments but also for more general neurological conditions.

A few years later Robert Monroe, with the help of Thomas Campbell and Dennis Mennerich, began researching the effects of binaural beats on consciousness. Robert sought to reproduce a subjective impression of 4Hz oscillation that they associated with out-of-body experiences. What they found was that binaural beats were an amazing tool for reaching altered states of consciousness. On the strength of their findings, Monroe created the binaural beat self-development industry and formed The Monroe Institute, which is now a non-profit binaural beat research and education organization.

Since this time there has been extensive studies and research done on binaural beats and brainwave frequencies.
