Zen Mind Control sounds like a steady input of brainwashing or a Nazi Training Camp.  Is this something I want to incorporate into my life and  how would I do this even if I wanted to.  Has anyone every told you …you are really in the zone and without even trying everything positive is happening… as if descending from the heavens.

This is partially true as this is cosmic energy that you can easily develop and put you and your life on Zen automatic pilot.  Every day just like deleting your messages from a cell phone or clearing your computer you need to practice clearing your mind of unwanted and unnecessary stuff.

This is a bit harder than it appears since we are constantly being exposed to the media, intense human relations, and day to day living pressures.  The secret is to start with a ten minute mind clear each morning and each night before you go to bed. This mind clearing and deleting stuff will allow the cosmos to give you direct energy and zen mind control with no effort and your life becomes a mirror image of the cosmos where everything is possible without any limitations.

Volumes have been written about health, however a simple change like eating an apple a day to keep the doctor away might be just what your body needs to maintain good health.  Notice there is no saying that says drink five cokes a day plus eat a chocolate cake to get that sugar rush to invest in your health! It should say WARNING you want diabetes, clogged arteries, and tracking toward a good heart attack… then be my guest and eat fructose sugars and make the hospitals and doctors happy to treat your self inflicted diseases and line their pockets.

What is the definition of health? Health is the level of functional or metabolic  efficiency of a living organism. In humans,  it is the general condition of a persons’ mind and body, usually meaning to be free from illness, injury or pain. (as in “good health” or “healthy“)

There are many choices when it comes to health in our modern world.Most westerners simply go to the doctor as if its a car repair clinic which it definitely is not come out with a bag full of prescriptions and hope for the best.  Many others are using some of the old Chinese methods and practices of India to utilize a more natural approach to healing.

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) originated in ancient China and has evolved over thousands of years. TCM practitioners use herbal medicines and various mind and body practices, such as acupuncture and tai chi, to treat or prevent health problems. In the United States, people use TCM primarily as a complementary health approach. This outline provides a general overview of TCM .

Are these methods safe?

  • Acupuncture is generally considered safe when performed by an experienced practitioner using sterile needles. Improperly performed acupuncture can cause potentially serious side effects.
  • Tai chi and qi gong, two mind and body practices used in TCM, are generally safe.
  • Most Chinese herbal products are safe however like anything else there have been reports of Chinese herbal products being contaminated with drugs, toxins, or heavy metals or not containing the listed ingredients. Is best to check with your herbal doctor.

TCM encompasses many different practices, including acupuncture, moxibustion (burning an herb above the skin to apply heat to acupuncture points), Chinese herbal medicine, tui na (Chinese therapeuticmassage), dietary therapy, and tai chi and qi gong (practices that combine specific movements or postures, coordinated breathing, and mental focus). TCM is rooted in the ancient philosophy of Taoism and dates back more than 2,500 years. Traditional systems of medicine also exist in other East and South Asian countries, including Japan (where the traditional herbal medicine is called Kampo) and Korea. Some of these systems have been influenced by TCM and are similar to it in some ways, but each has developed distinctive features of its own.

 

So there you have it! If you are feeling sick, use a saltwater gargle three times a day, eat steaming bowls of homemade chicken soup, drink tonic of lemon juice and honey and get plenty of rest or go to the doctors and pharmacy and pop plenty of antibiotics (which your system is immune to anyway) and see what happens.  As a final note you could also seek out a naturalist who may just have the natural herb to cure what ails you!
